Delivery Conditions

Delivery Time We operate from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. All goods are available either in our warehouse or at sales points.

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours from the moment of ordering (on business days).

Delivery time = Processing time + estimated delivery time.

Due to conducting both wholesale and retail sales, changes in stock levels can be quite dynamic. It may happen that at the time of placing an order, we temporarily do not have the selected item in stock. In such a situation, we will contact the buyer and inform them about a possible extension of the processing time.

Payment Methods Bank Transfer The customer makes the payment through a bank transfer before the shipment of the goods. After the transfer is credited to our account, the order goes into processing. Note: We wait for 2 business days for the payment. After this time, if no payment is received, the order will be canceled.

Cash on Delivery The customer pays the amount in cash to the delivery person.

INTERNATIONAL International shipping carried out by POCZTA POLSKA, with advance payment for the order. Delivery time: 5-30 days. Price: 70.00 PLN
