We do not offer product exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for a different product.


Return of purchased product

1 Check the deadline

You have 30 days to return the goods from the moment of receiving the shipment.

2  Check the condition of the product

The product must not be used. Make sure that all tags and accessories are attached.
Return the product in the original packaging, well protected against damage and moisture.
The packaging in the form of a box is part of the product and cannot be treated as a return box.

3  Use free courier: Szybkie zwroty INPOST*

Order the return on www.szybkiezwroty.pl
You will receive a return code via SMS or email. The code is sent on business days.

4  Send the parcel

Send the package by INPOST using the received code. 
Do not forget to include the return form that we sent with the order.

5  Wait for the refund

After receiving the goods and accepting the return, the money will be transferred to your account within 14 days.


* Free return applies only to the fast returns with INPOST service.
One free return is available per order. For yours convenience, you can send goods returned from different orders together in one package.

Remember to provide the order number.

3 Wait for a response

The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the notification.
You will receive information regarding the resolution of the complaint.
